Jessica Micheletti

Advisory Board Chair

Jessica is a yoga teacher and wellness consultant, with a passion for service, and a penchant for travel. Her credentials as a Master of Public Health and a 500 E-RYT, and her propensity to connect on a heart-level to people of all walks of life have led her into a variety of yoga- and wellness-related settings all over the world—from one-on-one mentorship for aspiring yoga teachers to consultation for studios, to mindfulness retreats for executives. Jessica has taught yoga at the White House Easter Egg Roll since 2008, sharing yoga with over 350,000 families. She leads international service and yoga retreats, and has trained 500+ people to become yoga teachers. She is committed to “seva” – selfless service, and is on the board of Yoga Moves Us, a non-profit dedicated to bringing free Yoga In The Park to communities across California and worldwide. Each day she wakes up and asks, “How can I serve today?”

“Jessica Micheletti consults and empowers students, business owners and yoga teachers in leading from a place power and grace.” – The Performance Group

Sabrina Lockhart

Sabrina Demayo Lockhart

Media Advisory Committee Head

Working in the fast-paced world of politics while juggling the demands of a family made Sabrina feel like she was on a hamster wheel – always moving but never going anywhere. Yoga helped her discover balance and presence in a full life that is still a little messy.

This powerful personal transformation led Sabrina to teacher training so she could share the gift of yoga with her community. She volunteer teaches yoga to veterans and medical staff at the Sacramento VA Medical Center.

As a former television reporter and Capitol staffer, Sabrina has more than 15 years of experience in media and public relations strategies. She currently owns Lockhart Communications, where she consults clients representing energy, business and education interests.

In 2007, she was nominated as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the U.S.

Off the mat, you can find Sabrina cheering on her son at football, soccer, basketball and baseball games (often coached by her husband), reading a wide variety of books, and enjoying a glass (or two) of wine with friends.
