108 Sun Salutations

Yoga Moves Us Challenge: 108 Sun Salutations

Join us for the very first YOGA MOVES US 108 Sun Salutation Challenge. A collection of local teachers and owners from various studios and organizations will come together to teach one epic class of 108 sun salutations.

On September 26, 2015 we will flow through 108 Sun Salutations on the North steps of the Capitol. Arrive at 8:30am to reserve your spot and register!

The purpose of this event is to raise awareness around Yoga Moves Us, the new non profit organization that is supporting our Yoga In The Parks program. 100% of the donations we raise on this day will go directly to YMU to support and grow our Yoga In The Parks program.

Our mission is to build healthier, stronger communities by sharing yoga that is accessible to all and by supporting those who are dedicated to inspire others through yoga.

We are grateful for your support in helping to maintain our programs. It truly is amazing to bring together hundreds of yogis/yoginis for a very special morning of connection and service.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and the spirit of community and giving!
